Frontier donates high-speed fiber optic internet to New Haven area arts and education

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Frontier Communications announces a generous donation of high-speed fiber-optic Internet to District Arts and Education (DAE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing after-school education programs to under-resourced communities.
