Google has finally launched a new document scanner button in its Files app.
The feature allows users to utilize the camera and its “auto capture” feature to digitize important documents, photos, and more within the app.
The “Scan” button appears quickly after the app redesign and the recent “Smart Search” feature.
Google is starting to roll out a handy new scanner for digitizing documents in its Files app.
The details are as follows: mishal rahman On the X, users have reportedly started selecting a new “Scan” button at the bottom of the Files by Google app (via 9to5Google ). Tapping the new button opens your device’s camera, which has two shooting modes: manual and “auto capture.” When the latter is selected, the application notifies the user that “Google Docs can only access images you scanned.”
